Looks like Lil’ Wayne’s blogging. The sports nut is now writing for ESPN and is a huge Packer fan.
As a Packer fan, it’s been pretty good so far. Aaron Rodgers has been wonderful, man. He’s handled everything, and way more than just the football part. Of course it helps the Jets aren’t doing nothing.
Well put, weezy, well put.

Obama wants to raise taxes for the rich and give the poor and middle-class (95% of us) a tax break. Bill O’Reilly’s remarks on this issue:
If your not doing well, or if your a senior and your worried about your social security check and O’Reilly has to pay 10%-15% more of his money to the government, your not feeling sorry for O’Reilly. Your saying look, ‘I need mine, and if O’Reilly’s got to pay more, he’s a rich guy and so what.’ That is the Democratic platform.
A platform that I agree with. Reality check Mr. O’Reilly, and people like him:
You’re rich. Don’t worry, even if you have to give a little more to the government, you still will be. Yes, you probably worked hard for your money and that’s great. But guess what, so does the guy who picks up your trash every morning and the waitress who serves you at the local restaurant. If the government wants to help these people, who are not as fortunate as you, then so be it.
Please quit being so greedy. The Democrats are not going to make your poor, they just might make it a little tougher to own another Bentley… or for John McCain, home number eight.

Great clips that show how some Republicans are now backtracking on issues they had before Palin was chosen for McCain’s VP. My favorite features Karl Rove, he’s so impressed with Palin as a former mayor of a city with 9,000 people in it… But not impressed with Tim Kaine, the former mayor of Richmond (population 200,000), you know, because it’s “not a big town.” Jon Stewart is the man.

Michelle Bachmann on Larry King Live last night:
She [Palin] easily has more qualifications than Senator Obama and Senator Biden put together if you look at executive experience, she’s been in an executive position for two years!
James Carville’s reply:
...to tout her experience as mayor of this town of Alaska, this is a picture of the city hall. It looks like a bait shop in South Louisiana. This is executive experience to be Vice President of the United States? To be a heart beat away from the presidency? To have to take over the country when we are fighting three wars? When we have the biggest credit crisis we’ve had in this country? In the entire Republican Party, this is the best they could come up with?

I saw plenty of ‘County First’ banners displayed last night at the RNC, which is kind of weird when the VP hopeful is linked to a group that wanted to give Alaskans the right to vote on whether or not to secede from the United States. Wonder if those banners will be changing to ‘Alaska First’ when she, Sarah Palin, speaks tonight.

I pray for our military and hope everyone gets home safe. I do not, however, think that this war is a “task from God.” Just thinking about Sarah Palin as a VP scares the shit out of me (especially since there is a good chance she’d take over).
